Delicious Tamales Factory A local favorite and great tasting Tamales & Barbacoa establishment that's been operating in San Antonio, Texas for over 40 years.

Delicious Tamales was established in 1981 and originated with a father and his family selling tamales door to door. A dream became a vision and led to a humble storefront serving the community on the southside of San Antonio. In addition to our "Delicious tamales", our establisment offers savory Barbacoa with our homemade salsa every Saturday and Sunday.
It is with great pride and firm belief to provide a great quality product. As a result, our tamales are made with local, fresh ingredients every day. We like to think of our food as traditional tamales... You know, the kind your mom would have made.
