A delicious menu we had the honor of serving at this year’s Ven a Comer event. ✨

Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully curated multi-course experience featuring Chihuahua cheese and Anaheim chile quesadillas, chilorio sopes, wheat berry and pomegranate salad, shrimp and crab cocktail, mini tamales, roasted chicken with pine nut mole, and a sweet finish of wind fritters with whipped cream and strawberries. 🍽️
