Luciano Ristorante Italiano - La Cantera Nonna Lina's Italian Kitchen You could say our story began in a small town outside Naples, Italy. These original recipes are still on our menus today.

That’s where our mother, Lina, operated a trattoria and where we would learn the valuable skills we would later put to use in our Italian restaurants. Most importantly, we learned to use only the finest and freshest ingredients. When our family left Italy for America in 1971, we brought with us a tradition of hard work, a passion for excellence and—just as importantly—Nonna Lina’s authentic Italian recipes. It was our late father, Sal, who taught us attention to details and keeping the customer first. Our mother, Lina, created authentic, Italian specialties in the kitchen and is still our inspiration today. At Luciano's, where people come in as friends and leave as family.
