More than a century ago, the waiter carriers of Gordonsville, Virginia, sold fried chicken to travelers passing through by train. They built something remarkable with their hands, their skill, and their determination. Their story deserves to travel, too.
From train travelers to air travelers, the journey continues. Every person who dines with us has a chance to taste the food and learn the history behind it.
