The owners of Panchito’s, Roy and Evelyn Reyes, opened their first restaurant in 1980 on the Southwest side of San Antonio. Evelyn’s parents, Frank and Lupe Sepulveda, helped the two get the business off and running. And, throughout the years, Roy’s parents, Santos and Aurora Reyes, have been very helpful and supportive with their business ventures. As can be seen, the restaurants, one a
