We’ll be closed today for our annual Employee Appreciation Luncheon. We’re treating our team to lunch at Paesanos Quarry Market as a way of saying thank you for the care and hospitality they bring to our guests every day.

This , we are celebrating two people whose stories have been part of our kitchen since the very beginning: Chef Dimas and Chef Adelfa.❤️

The Enchiladas Dimas feature fresh Gulf baby shrimp and mushrooms with a white w**e sauce, while the Chile Relleno a la Adelfa pairs chicken and Monterey cheese with our cilantro sauce.
