3 months ago I noticed a problem. The problem was that none of my employees had an emergency fund. Everyone should have a $400.00 to $600.00 emergency fund. I decided to change that. I gave all of my employees a $2.00 raise. For those employees working 40 hours a week that’s an extra $80.00 a week. Those working 52 hours a week. That’s an extra $116.00 a week. By doing this it was my way of helping them help themselves. That’s $320.00 - $464.00 extra a month. $3840.00 - $5568.00 extra a year My hope is they take the opportunity to help themselves.

Due to a large special order, We have to close early this Tuesday Jun 23, 2026. We will close at 3:30. Sorry for the inconvenience. While I take pride in serving all of my guest. There is no way I can make this order and take care of my guest at the same time.
We will be back open on Wednesday as normal.

Want to take this time to congratulate one of my employees. Vinshawn is now a high school graduate. Since he has taken the time to go to school and work. He will receive a $100.00 bonus just for showing he can be an asset to this community.

I meet millionaires everyday. There are two types of millionaires. Those that know they are millionaires and those that don’t know they are millionaires. The problem isn’t the ones that know they are millionaires. The problem is the that don’t know they are millionaires. I feel like I’m talking to someone that needs to hear this. You may have a millionaire idea but through fear you’re too scared to commit. Which means that to yourself you will always be the unknown millionaire.
