For Día de los Mu***os, we’re giving the occasion its own cocktail menu, featuring three distinct pours crafted for the celebration.

Blood Moon | A bright, citrus-forward blend of blanco tequila, blood orange, and lime.

Gold Fashioned | A rich, refined take on a classic with añejo tequila, agave, and bitters.

Remember Me | A bold combination of reposado tequila, smoky mezcal, poblano, and a hint of black pepper.

Available October 16 through November 2. Join us at Ambler and raise a glass to the occasion.

Hotel Contessa is bringing back its seasonal Live Fire series starting Saturday, Sept 20 on the River Walk.
Every Saturday evening, Ambler’s patio transforms into an open-fire Texas cookout featuring:

-Chef-driven entrées ($79-$129) cooked over mesquite smoke & cast iron
-Every entrée comes with all sides served family-style, warm biscuits & more
-Portions are Texas-sized — bold flavors, big plates, no one leaves hungry
-Free country line dancing lessons on launch night (Sept 20, 7–8 PM)
