I mean, do we REALLY need an excuse to eat pasta? No. But apparently today we have an OFFICIAL one, and I’m not about to waste it.

I was going to make a fun, clever post today… and then the restaurant happened. 😂🤦‍♀️

Y’all know how it goes… orders, wish lists, to-do lists, schedules, and approximately 937 other things that all need my attention RIGHT NOW. 🤣

At this point, I’m just making lists of things I need to do and adding more things before I can finish the first list. Somebody tell me that’s not just me!

And if your day has been just as chaotic as mine, let us take ONE thing off your plate tonight. 😉 Our ENTIRE menu is available for TO-GO, because the last thing you need after a long day is to figure out what’s for dinner AND cook it! 😂🍝

So apparently we have a presidential visit happening in San Antonio tomorrow… 👀🇺🇸

We don’t do politics at Purple Garlic, so I’m going to take this opportunity to remind y’all that tomorrow’s only debate should be whether you’re getting w**e, wings, or both. 😂

The presidential traffic will be doing its thing on the other side of town, while we’ll be over here on Blanco doing what we do best — feeding y’all. 🍷🍗

Y’ALLLLLL… IS IT FINALLY HAPPENING?!?!?! 🍂🍁

I’m SO ready for cooler weather!! Give me an open patio, a glass of w**e, good food and a reason to stay outside as long as possible. 😂 Our patio is OPEN and your dogs are welcome too! 🐶❤️ We’ve got water, treats and LOTS of lovins because obviously they deserve to be spoiled while you eat!

And then there’s Luca. 🐿️ Our resident pet squirrel who LOVES walnuts and will happily take them straight out of my hand… when he’s actually home. 😂 This little dude regularly disappears for DAYS with his “girlfriend.” Apparently Luca has a girlfriend, a social life and absolutely no obligation to report his whereabouts. 🙄🤣 So come hang out on the patio, bring the dogs, grab some food and w**e, and maybe — JUST MAYBE — Luca will be home from his latest romantic getaway. 🐿️🍷

I know seeing a massive hole in the road probably made a few of y’all rethink your dinner plans yesterday.
