Born and raised Southside San Antonio. Last week we took 1st place at the Fried Food Fest. Saturday I'm walking into the Chicken Wing Festival, their category, my city.

1st Place. People's Choice. SA Fried Food Festival 🏆

BBQ crew walks into a FRIED food festival and walks out with the people's vote. That's how the Southside does it.

This one belongs to the crew right here, they worked that line all night at Social Spot SATX and the city showed up for us. Thank you to every single person who came through and cast a vote for Double A's.

30 years since we walked the stage at South San… and we still can't leave the Southside alone. 🔥

Class of '96 is throwing down TODAY, BBQ plate fundraiser, and the pit's already talking.

$12 gets you chicken, sausage, rice, beans, potato salad, and all the fixins. That's cheaper than your lunch spot and cooked with 30 years of experience behind it.

Haven't posted in a minute, here's why. 🔥

The truck's been quiet but the pits haven't. Back to back to back catering and live fire events had us cooking behind the scenes instead of open to the public.

This is the part nobody sees. No crowd, no line, just meat and hours on your feet. Day in the life of a pitmaster.

Firday pop-up is a no-go 😅

Pulled up to hook up the trailer with a truck FULL of food… and she's sitting on a flat. That's food truck life, you can prep everything right and the tires still vote no. God has other plans tonight 🤣🙏
