My response to this article is we were never known for our corn tortillas shame on the food critic 😆 even though I feel our maiz tortillas were also delicious 😋 !
We were especially known for our hospitality and our impeccable service !
Along with our Carne Guisada being the best in SAN ANTONIO and the bonus our handmade flour tortillas ! The foundation to a taco is the tortilla if that’s not good I don’t care what you put in it 😊.
For the record this economy didn’t make us close it was just a failure of visions . Goodbye for now but not forever and that chapter is to be continued…..

As of today Rosa’s is permanently closed we do want to extend our great gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful years you all have supported our business. We will miss the wonderful people who have made this possible some went from customers to friends 😊. We thank you for the opportunity you all have given us in serving you all 🌮. This will definitely be missed and hope you continue to be blessed!
