We’ve made the decision to close early today at 6PM. With the flooding in our area, our power already flickering, and so many young members of our team, we don’t want to take any chances. The safety of our staff, their families, and our own family comes first and we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to get home safely before conditions potentially worsen through the evening.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. 💚 We plan to be back at it tomorrow morning, ready to serve you some hot pizza when we resume our regular hours at 11AM! Stay safe out there.

👽 ALIEN INVASION IS BACK!

Last year’s Alien Invasion Trunk-Or-Treat exceeded our expectations and we’re ready to run it back for another night of Halloween fun at MAAR’s Pizza! Save the date for Thursday, October 29th 5:30–7:30 PM. FREE Trunk or Treat for the kids!

Alien Invasion is more than a Trunk or Treat it’s a night to bring our community together while celebrating and supporting the incredible local and small businesses that make it special. Bring the kids, wear your costumes, grab some candy, meet local businesses, and enjoy a fun night with your fellow MAARtians!

LOCAL BUSINESSES: WE WANT YOU! We still have a few spots available for businesses interested in joining us. It’s FREE to join and a great way to get involved with the community, we ask you provide candy, promos, or any freebie for 750 kids and decorate a trunk. If interested give us a call at 210-599-7400 for more information.

More information about the event map, costume contest, participating businesses, and more will be announced as we get closer to the invasion.

Today we earned our 19th consecutive perfect health inspection score and our 20th 100 overall!

You would think after many inspections it would get easier but honestly, it gets harder. Every perfect score adds an expectation to live up to and a little more fear each time. When you’ve worked so hard to hold onto something, you really don’t want to see that streak end. We care deeply about doing things the right way every single day, especially when it comes to the food we serve our community.

We are incredibly grateful for our team. A score and streak like this doesn’t belong to one person, it comes from a staff that cleans, preps, labels, double checks and holds each other accountable. Thank you! 💚
