Monsieur Meaux We are a Southern Cajun Kitchen serving boils & fried foods with a bit of southern touch.

We are a traditional Southern Cajun Kitchen that creates Boils with crab & shrimp with 9 different butters to choose from. We add a bit of Southern fried dishes to compliment the flavor of the South/South central to create a menu that can fill any tummy full of fresh high quality food!

We are receiving many messages already about our news, and we will continue to book and work through April. We will still serve all NBTX, SATX, Klle TX, San Marcos TX, Bulverde TX, and everyone we currently have booked. I will not leave anyone without one last dinner service! I thank everyone whosupports us and until the time comes...WE WILL SEE ALL OUR CRABBIES & CRABBETTES very soon!

For Sale, we are closing this chapter in our lives and selling our 2023 Elite trailer. It has a suppression system, vent hood, LP package ,100 gal full propane tank, storage for a generator or your stuff, & a bathroom!I If you are serious I will send the CAD drawing with everything extra we added, the invoice listing everything on & inside the trailer, pictures.
