We wanted to give you an insider’s look at shooting the autumn menu, the fun, hands-on side of it.

We shot from the hip, chased texture and movement, and played with what leads the eye. Glad you’re seeing it from our side of the lens :)

AUTUMN MENU TOMORROW, 9.11.26.

Kurogoma Matcha — our house-made earl grey syrup, matcha, and a black sesame cold foam made finished with vanilla bean.

Spiced Banana Latte — our Bananas Foster, spiced up a bit for the season. (Iced or hot)

Brown Butter Latte — butter cooked down until it turns nutty, vanilla added to balance it, a touch of salt, mixed with our espresso. Nostalgic and velvety. (Iced or hot)

Pumpkin Pie Latte — we leaned into what makes pumpkin pie worth eating: the spices, the cream, and those notes of graham cracker. (Iced or hot)
