*Potential Ownership Opportunity*

Note: will consider the right partnership as well.

We have been re-opened for 3.5 months, and within that short time frame, we have now gotten to the point where we are already breaking even. I absolutely love what we have built, more than anything..our amazing customers. Unfortunately, I am dealing with some health issues that are limiting my availability of being hands on with the day to day operations. So at this point we are considering selling the business we have worked so hard to build. This is a 100% turnkey opportunity. We’ve done all the upfront grunt work, whoever takes ownership can truly open day one with a fully operational establishment.
