TIRADITO AHUMADO
Japanese bass, smoked aji amarillo, leche de tigre, chalaca, shrimp, avocado

ARROZ MELOSO CON PULPO ANTICUCHERO socarrat, chimichurri criollo, aji panca emulsion, choclo, papa criolla

UDON DE MARISCOS
Shrimp, octopus, scallops, furikake, cancha, salsa a lo macho

We loved seeing those in town for the tournament, and we look forward to a weekend full of excitement. 🏀
