Fractional Filtration: To achieve a better water-filtration effect, fractional filtration is adopted on our 14 LB commercial grease interceptor, whose flow rate is about 7 GPM (26.5 LPM). The interior space is divided into three different filter areas. The solid waste and grease will be stopped by the filter baffle firstly, and then the oil and filtered water will be discharged from the outlet valve and drainage outlet successively.
Coated Carbon Steel: Our 14 LB commercial grease trap is made of heavy-duty carbon steel, around 0.07 in (1.8 mm) in thickness, featuring durability and sturdiness. There is a rust & corrosion-proof coating on its exterior surface, which is easy to clean and hard to deform.
Reliable Sealing Effect: As a piece of rugged equipment for collecting and filtering the waste in the kitchen, this commercial grease interceptor spotlights the excellent sealing effect. The lid can be tightly fixed with a screw. The cushion layer is equipped for increasing friction and enhancing airtightness. Besides, a sealing ring and PTFE tape are also included in the package.
