We just dropped two new dishes on the Madcap menu, and they couldn’t be more perfect for this time of year.
Uni Panna Cotta
Chef Ron’s signature. Light, vibrant, and silky. Topped with Lobster, citrus lace and an airy rice cracker for that perfect hit of texture and crunch. A dish that feels like winter sunshine.
Sonoma Duck
Deep, earthy, and warm. Served with a luscious chanterelle mushroom purée, sautéed chanterelles, rare and beautifully tender salsify, and finished with a bright huckleberry sauce to lift every bite.
