🌼 DÍA DE MU***OS has begun. *(Please swipe photos.) Dia de Los Mu***os is a celebration that we started with the intention of bringing our community together through culture, remembrance, and connection, while creating a meaningful tradition for our town. This year will be our 10th year and we are really looking forward to welcoming you to this year's celebration.
💀We have also added face painting this year..."Free face painting for children and adults starting at 11:30 on Taco Jane's patio."
🌼 "Starting today" October 19:
Our Community Ofrenda at Taco Jane’s is open for everyone to participate. Please bring photos, mementos, or anything meaningful to honor and remember someone you love. We will light candles and incense each evening as the ofrenda grows.
🌼 Sunday, November 1 at 1:00 PM — Imagination Park
Join us for our Día de Mu***os community celebration with authentic Aztec dancing and singing and drumming, followed by a short procession to the Community Ofrenda at Taco Jane’s, where we will gather to honor, welcome and remember those who have passed.
🫔We will also be sharing free Day of the Dead tamales to the first 100 people, so please come early.
💀🌼Día de Mu***os is not a single day of celebration. It isn't sad or scary. It's a sacred, joyful reunion where the veil lifts so our loved ones can come back and sit with us again.
