It was our 3rd year cooking for the Bolinas Film Festival and we loved every minute of it! Thank you Enzo Resta for being such a gracious host, we look forward to next year.

*Mushroom Squash Soup- shroom salt rim, forest oil, crème fraiche
*Chrysanthemum & Little Gems- pickled grapes, cheese crisp, fried coriander, candied pepitas, brown butter sherry vinaigrette
*Crispy Chicken- black and amethyst rice, butter bean, jimmy nardello, cherry tomato, fennel, nasturtium, pomegranate
*Roasted Fig Panna Cotta — honey whip, candied walnut, pomegranate molasses, fennel

We are reminiscing on a romantic evening just about two weeks past. Following a commitment ceremony surrounded by water lilies and a vibrant cocktail/appetizer hour, we served a family-style plated dinner beneath redwoods and clear skies.

As pictured on Slide 4 from left to right and top to bottom: grilled broccolini, petite filet with caramelized pear, crispy fingerling potatoes, and cumin-crusted salmon.
