Opening Day at The Tasty Kraut Restaurant was ONE HECK OF A RIDE! 😂🔥

Y’all showed up hungry… and apparently REALLY hungry! We ran out of almost everything! 😳🌭🥨🍖

To everyone who waited — THANK YOU, and we’re SORRY! 🙏❤️ We were running around like a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs trying to keep up! 😂

But seriously… THANK YOU, SAN ANGELO! ❤️🇩🇪 Your support blew us away.

🚨 THURSDAY UPDATE:
No lunch tomorrow! We’re shutting down for the day to restock, prep, and get our kitchen back from the brink. 😂

We’ll be back THURSDAY AT 5 PM FOR DINNER! 🍻

For the next two weeks, we’ll have a small menu while we get this German food rodeo under control. 🤠🇩🇪

We’d rather serve a smaller menu RIGHT than try to do it all and have y’all waiting until Christmas for a schnitzel. 😂

Quality first. No shortcuts. No lowering our standards.

We’re tired. We’re sore. We’re probably 90% schnitzel at this point.

But we’re HAPPY. ❤️

After months of construction, paperwork, cooking, cleaning, stressing, sweating, and asking ourselves “Why did we think opening a restaurant was a good idea?”…

**The Tasty Kraut opens THIS WEDNESDAY!** 🎉🥨
And yes… we are VERY excited. Our kitchen is ready, our team is ready, and hopefully our schnitzels are ready too! 😂

But here’s the deal:

**Everything is brand new!**
🧑‍🍳 Brand-new kitchen
🍽️ Brand-new restaurant
👩‍🍳 Brand-new team
😅 Brand-new routines

We will do our absolute best to get your food to you as quickly as possible. But during our first days, things might take a **few minutes longer than expected** while we learn to dance together in the kitchen. 💃🕺
