Seeking part time, eager, motivated, responsible and punctual cook/prep cook. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and cooking food orders to meet product quality standards.

*Wednesday - Saturday generally starting at 4:00 pm but may need to adjust hours due to catering events.
*Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
*Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
*Keep up with orders in a timely manner.
*Cross train for cooking on flat top, fry station and oven.
*Plating al menu items and checking for product quality and consistency.
*Keep walk-in cooler and freezer clean and organized.
*Cleaning including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter tops and sanitizing food areas.

Food Handlers License a plus.

This is a casual dining restaurant and bar.

We are looking for a dependable, people oriented person to interact with guests to provide breakfast options as you assist with Continental Breakfast. Responsible for keeping all breakfast items restocked as needed. Some light cooking is required. Once breakfast has concluded, you will be responsible for cleaning the restaurant and kitchen to ensure it is ready for the next shift. This includes cleaning tables and chairs, sweeping the restaurant and kitchen as needed, washing dishes and putting everything away. We need weekend and occasional weekday help. Weekend hours are 6:00 am - 10:30 am. Weekday hours are 6:00 am - 9:30 am.

Food Handlers Certification is a plus.
