We don't usually get emotional over a LinkedIn post, but here we are. π₯Ή
Cathryn Baker stayed with us after a hotel mix-up sent her looking for a last-minute room in San Angelo β and she almost didn't stay when she saw the back of our building first. (Fair! We're an old motel, not hiding it.)
But she gave us a chance, and she wrote the sweetest, most honest recap of her stay: the real plants, the tiny pool with the hot tub and fireplace, the squeaky-clean room, the full bar. She even asked to talk to our owner before she checked out, just to say thank you.
This is exactly why we brought this old motel back to life β not to compete with the chains, but to give people something warmer when they stop in San Angelo. Reading this made our whole team's week.
