As I sip on my final beer from Plateau Brewery Co. it’s difficult not to be sad. However, I am sipping on it as I grill with KDG Market seasoning which has made me reflect on all the other amazing connections I have made through them & how much fun I’ve had brewing beers with them. In the end the great memories out weigh the sorrow of them closing & will forever be thankful for them working with me.

I started this company while deployed in the US Border Patrol Del Rio Sector with the Texas State Guard where I had the privilege of serving alongside several great men & woman some of which unfortunately did not make it home. I will always remember the courage, strength & sacrifice of those who wore OCP & green with me.
