Hi Everyone.. Sorry to say this, but sadly I feel that Calaveras County is starting to go in the wrong direction! We need help before it turns into communities like the Bay area, Stockton and other unsavory places...

For too long, I have picked up used drug needles on the ground outside my restaurant and cleaned up the empty booze bottles and defecation too many times. I put cameras and lights outside just to have them broken. I for one am tired of this going on here in our beautiful community! Those who know us, know that we aren't politically motivated, but this is gone on far too long! So, B and I signed this petition and we hope you will too. Did I mention that we have the biggest, baddest burgers in town. This double burger with bacon and avocado tips the scales at over a pound (not including the fries)👍

Tonight’s Sushi Special is a Spider Roll… That’s Soft Shell Crab, Avocado & Cucumber wrapped rice outside. Topped with our Eel Sauce and Ponzu Pearls (molecular gastronomy). Open til 7:00 tonight 👍

I almost forgot… I’ve been playing around with molecular gastronomy! I wanted everyone to try something unique. Hopefully you’ll agree it’s also tasty… So Friday night I’ll be plating up some crazy fun options for your sushi eating pleasures!
