**Welcome to The Salt Mine Bakery!**

Dear Friends,

I’m so excited to share my passion for baking with all of you as I open the doors to The Salt Mine Bakery! Baking has always been a love of mine, and there’s nothing quite like the joy of creating delicious treats to share with others. From the smell of fresh cookies to the sight of beautifully baked Pies, each moment spent in the kitchen brings me so much happiness.

As I embark on this sweet journey, I want to be honest—there are still many things I’m learning along the way. Every batch of cookies and pie baked is an opportunity to grow and improve, and I’m grateful for your support as I explore new recipes and techniques.
