I love my toppings, and they need to be right.

At Tokyo Teriyaki, that means picking exactly what belongs on my bowl. Mushrooms, avocado, kimchi, pineapple, jalapeños, wonton strips, fried egg… every topping changes the flavor and texture, and I take that responsibility very seriously.

Potstickers are one of those sides that never really feel like “just a side.”
