Every family tradition starts somewhere, and for us it started in 1990 when Avtar and Rakesh moved from Punjab to Salt Lake City in hopes of sharing the refined flavors of Northern India with a new audience. And after many years of cooking and serving their favorite dishes, they passed on the tradition to their daughter Param Today, our family proudly serves fresh and authentic Northern Indian cuisine in an upscale, fine dining setting. There’s a reason Tandoori-style cooking is known as “the cuisine of the emperors” -- it’s meant for the very best.
