Blue Iguana has been located in Arrow Press Square since 1997 and during its existence, it has gained a reputation as a premier destination for mole, enchiladas, and other traditional Mexican fare. Mole is a sauce made from various combinations of chiles, nuts, spices and other ingredients. It is an ancient dish that originated from the Aztec culture.
