We are delighted to share that Chef's Table will become a monthly tradition at the Alta Club, following the resounding success of our recent inaugural dinner under Chef Paul.
The evening moved through the flavors of late summer with a seared scallop amuse-bouche, hamachi crudo, Creole butternut squash soup, bison New York strip entrée, and a snickerdoodle crème brûlée to close. The tradition takes its name from Chef Pannetier, an Alta Club Executive Chef in the early 1900s known for publishing dinner menus and culinary "how-to's" in the Salt Lake Tribune, a fitting legacy for Chef Paul to carry forward.
