Fresh salads for days!

When people ask if we serve “FOOD food” and not just baklava, I show them our savory case full of fresh salads, slow cooked vegetables small bites and Börek.

Come for the baklava, stay for the salads.

Full and half salads available or do a half & half in one bowl! Love having a little bit of a couple of flavors!

How are my friends today? Getting the kiddos back to school? Running in a million directions every second?

Come relax a bit with a cup of coffee on the porch. It’s a bit cooler out and the perfect way to settle the overwhelm!

Speaking of coffee: did you know that our coffee is roasted fresh every week by Hugo coffee? Yea, so we do use the Turkish coffee from the markets because we don’t know how old they are and I am a bit ridiculous about fresh stuff. And, we have decaf Turkish coffee too!

Soon we will be packing more coffee up and heading to find wholesale markets and stores who want to use/sell it. If you know of any places who might like to sell or use fresh regular and decaf Turkish coffee, let me know!

Everything is made in house..even the tahini for our hummus.

It’s how I cooked for the kids and it’s how I cook for you.

Knowing what’s in your food, how and when it was processed is important because it fuels your body and gets you ready for your day.

I really Really hate preservatives and preprocessed food. For me, I don’t want someone I care about eating it.

The only thing that we sell that we don’t make is the Pişmaniye cotton candy. Funny thing is, I DO have a recipe but Jo and I took a look at it and it was a little overwhelming to try! One day maybe, just not today.
