The famed BombDiggity loaded Mac.

Made with our Hatch green chili cheddar cheese, the loaded with fancy ass lettuce, V.Brisket or garlic steak strips, Blatch’s crunchies, garlic aïoli, and a kiss of BBQ sauce. This has gotta be one of my all-time favorites and I know it was most of yours too. What are you missing most?

Still working through the permitting process, but hope to be knee-deep in full on structure building mode here soon and will be back as soon as I can button up the project.

This marinade is a new one I’ve been working on. Had it for breakfast and it was the best one of my life… says the humble chef 😏.

I mean, if your chef isn’t head over heels for their own Bombdiggity food, do you even want it?

We finally have insurance approval on almost everything. This means that the construction and the rebuild can finally progress. As soon as that piece is over and we get inspection and approval from the city,

Blatch’s will be back, we will start with # your favorites. So here’s your chance, put down your favorites in the comments and I’ll make sure that I get them into the lineup.

If you’ve had our food, you already know it’s is life. Enjoy it to the fullest by making sure you get some of it once we finalize our construction and finally reopen.

The city says no service while construction’s going on. Fine. That doesn’t mean I stopped developing future fantasies.

This situation here: dipped and pan-fried corn tortilla, Blatchified vegan carnitas, lettuce, crema, all the right accoutrement.

Yeah… this one’s coming for you, it’ll be like that one ex you can’t get out of your minds 😉

We’re temporarily down for renovations (back soon) and this shows up in the mail — “Best of SLC nomination.”

This one’s based entirely on votes from you all. Head over to the Best of SLC site and find Blatch’s under Vegetarian and give us your vote.

They finally kicked us out of the BBQ category to give the other guys a chance. I mean, Blatch’s BBQ three years in a row (as a vegan BBQ) had to sting a few of those macho BBQ egos.

Not a bad reminder why I do this… and why Blatch’s isn’t going anywhere.
