✨Team Member Tuesday ✨ - meet Sofia!

Sofia’s sweet personality and positive attitude make her such a joy to have on our team. Whether she’s helping guests or working at her favorite position—desserts—Sofia brings a warm smile and a kind spirit to every shift!

Sofia is currently a senior at Parkside High School. After graduation, she plans to attend Wor-Wic for two years to study nursing. Outside of work, Sofia plays the piano, and has something extra special to look forward to this year—she’s becoming a big sister to a new baby sister this December!

Her go-to Chick-fil-A meal is a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with Colby Jack cheese, a medium fry, and a cookie with Polynesian, BBQ, and Honey Mustard sauces!

We’re so grateful Sofia is part of our South Salisbury family, and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful things ahead for her!

✨Team Member Tuesday✨- meet Zully!

Zully is part of our Front of House team and was just promoted to trainer! We’re excited to see her step into this new role and help train and develop our team. Her favorite position is drinks, keeping everything moving, and making sure guests get exactly what they ordered.

Her go-to Chick-fil-A meal is an 8-count nugget with a small fry and a small mac & cheese - all with Chick-fil-A Sauce. Outside of work, Zully loves going to the gym and hanging out with her friends. This winter, she’ll be attending Delaware Technical Community College to study Nursing, with the goal of becoming a pediatric nurse!

Congratulations on your promotion, Zully! We’re glad to have you on our team and excited to watch you continue to grow!

✨Team Member Tuesday✨- meet Noel!

Noel brings seven years of Chick-fil-A experience to our team, and we’re excited to announce that she has recently been promoted to our Drive-Thru Director! Her favorite part about working at Chick-fil-A is the team culture and the opportunities she’s had to continue learning, growing, and advancing as a leader.

Her favorite menu item is the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap, but with hot grilled chicken and creamy salsa dressing! When she’s not at work, you’ll probably find Noel at the beach, drinking some coffee , or enjoying one of her favorite summer traditions—the Delaware State Fair!

We’re thankful to have Noel’s experience and leadership on our team, and are excited to see her continue to grow in her new role! Congratulations, Noel!

✨Team Member Tuesday✨- meet Jack!

Jack is a senior at Bennett and a standout on the soccer field. He plays striker, scored 1 goal, and had 3 assists against Washington High this past week! After graduation, Jack hopes to attend Salisbury University and continue playing soccer.

At work, Jack loves taking orders face-to-face, because it gives him a chance to talk with people he knows and make connections with our guests.

His go-to meal is a #1 with fries and a frosted lemonade, paired with polynesian and honey roasted bbq sauce.

We’re glad to have Jack as part of our team and can’t wait to see what his senior year has in store for him—both at Chick-fil-A and on the soccer field!

✨Team Member Tuesday✨- meet Faith!

Faith is a team member up front during our day shift. She brings such a kind and friendly presence to our front of house team. She loves working front counter, getting to know our guests, and making genuine connections with the people she serves each day.

Her heart for helping others goes beyond Chick-fil-A. Faith hopes to one day become an Army Medic, where she can continue doing what she loves most—caring for and helping people.

Her favorite Chick-fil-A meal is an 8-count grilled nugget with a fruit cup. Outside of work, Faith enjoys drawing, crocheting, and baking.

We love having Faith as part of our team and appreciate the warmth and care she brings to our guests. Be sure to say hi next time you see her at the front counter or drive thru!

✨Team Member Tuesday ✨– meet Davion!

Davion has been a key part of our team since the beginning and brings a ton of talent and personality with him. He is a part of our morning crew, and is always serving guests with a smile.

His favorite Chick-fil-A treat is the Peach Milkshake. Outside of work, Davion is extremely musically talented. He plays all sorts of instruments and serves as the musical director at his church.

In true Chick-fil-A fashion, he actually met his soon-to-be wife while the two of them were working together at another Chick-fil-A. They are getting married NEXT WEEK!

We’re thankful to have Davion on our South Salisbury team. Make sure to congratulate him when you see him as he gets ready for the big day!
