This concept has been on my mind for the past few years and have been approached about it several times.
Well, we’re working on a way to make that happen! 👀
We’re getting ready to open our commercial kitchen to a small number of local chefs, food businesses, bakers, makers, and culinary dreamers who want to bring their food concept to life at Shug’s.
The idea is simple:
You bring the food & creativity.
We provide the kitchen, the space, the bar, and the lovely folks at Shug’s!
Our kitchen partners will have the opportunity to cook their food right here and, when operating during Shug’s hours, serve it straight from the Shug’s BackStrEATs window.
Maybe you’re a chef who’s always wanted to do a night at Shug’s. (I know you are out there. ♥️)
Maybe you have a food concept you’ve been wanting to test. 🤷♀️
Maybe you’re building a food business and need a professional kitchen. ✔️
We’re still putting the finishing touches on the details, but we’re getting excited about creating a space where local food talent can cook, create, collaborate, and get their food in front of people.
So before we officially open the doors…
