NOW ON TAP! DSSOLVR Amber Life Mexican L***r —AMIGOS! Y’ALL ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND EXCEPTIONAL FOLKS DESERVE “AMBER LIFE DELUXE!” Dreamed up by our Cellarperson, Jamis, who was asking for something more Malt-forward, but with a pronounced Corn profile. Obviously, this was the way. This is also for all the old-heads that roll in and ask us if we have an Amber Ale. Everyone has a place on our tap list. We hear you and we appreciate your candor. Mashed with a loving (AND SECRET!) blend of 100% Malts (20% of which was Corn, don’t you worry), hopped ever-so-gently with yet even more secret additions, and fermented with our House L***r Yeast. Of course, it was spunded for natural carbonation before being laid down to rest in one of our Horizontal L***r Tanks. And with that, we are very happy to add one more super-easy-drinking L***r to our “Life” portfolio. Cold and crisp, a robust-yet-balanced Malt character with an undeniable Corn presence, and just enough hop character to keep you wanting a LIIIIIITLE bit more. Just like 4-8 more Pints, nothing crazy. Call us crazy, but we experience a bit of Outback Steakhouse Brownbread rolls, fresh-out-the-oven Corn biscuits, a hint of just-mown grass, a touch of morning petrichor while watching the sunrise with a cup of Tea, and a very beautiful harmonic balance similar to the energy given off by the color Amber. NOW ON TAP! DSSOLVR Cosmic Cradle Fresh Hop IPA—Fresh Hop American IPA conjured up as a tribute to the timely fresh-hop Centennial-focused American IPA made by a famous brewery out of Chico and Asheville that gets a lot of CELEBRATING. Okay, do you get the subtle reference? Mashed with our typical base of Chesapeake Pilsner, Cumberland Pilsner, and Chit Malt, along with a smaller percentage of Double Roasted Crystal Malt to add some mid-palate Malt complexity and compliment the sticky-dankness we all know and love in American IPA. We figured the OG recipe was slathered in Centennial, so we hit it HARD on the hot side with Columbus in the boil and Centennial AND Centennial NUVO CGX Fresh Hop pellets in the Whirlpool, as well as a hefty Hot Dip of Centennial Dynaboost in the Fermenter. Fermented low and slow and spunded for dat natural carb. Dry hopped once, but rather aggressively with Cascade, Columbus, even more Centennial NUVO CGX Fresh Hop pellets, and a fat dab of Columbus Cryo. Similar to literally biting into a torpedo of Citrus, a sticky-icky amount of coniferous flora steeped in a pool of zest, fresh Clementine wedges dipped in a light Caramel, the dankness of a freshly-mown field, and that first righteous pint of Celebration you had from way back when. Damn. Seriously, this really fu**in rips. Toeing the line deftly between old-school and new-school American IPA, we honestly think we did the GOAT justice. We hope you can celebrate this one as much as we do! This is clear, it is SLIGHTLY Malt-forward, it is very citrusy, it is a beautiful Orange hue, it is bitter, it is dry, and it is resinous Hell yeah. Shred that gnar gnar. 6.5% ABV. **r **r

JUST LANDED! DROWNED LANDS Tillage DIPA—This DIPA is brewed with pilsner malt, flaked oats, and an absurd amount of unmalted wheat. Hopped aggressively in the kettle with the favorites Citra and Mosaic. Then we double dry hopped this murky DIPA with almost all Nelson. 8% ABV.

RESTOCK! DROWNED LANDS Deep Terra DIPA—Blend of Pilsner, Marris Otter, Wheat and Oats (raw and malted). Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere. Super soft, creamy, delicate, and packed with bright tropical hoppiness. We're tasting orange peel, gummy rings, and peaches & cream. 8.2 % ABV.

RESTOCK! DROWNED LANDS Green Yield—Unfiltered IPA brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, and wheat, hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and New Zealand Cascade. We fermented this b**r a little drier than your average NEIPA but dry hopped the lights out of it to keep it juicy and expressive. The result is a bright, refreshing b**r with loads of honeydew, peach, and dank aromas. 7.2% ABV.

NOW ON TAP! DSSOLVR Hey Hey Yah Yah Festbier—Mashed with a 100% Riverbend Malt grist, composed of a blend of Chesapeake Pilsner, Light Munich, Vienna, and Chit Malt. Hopped aggressively with Hallertauer Mittelfruh, fermented low and slow with our House L***r yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and laid down to L***r in our Horizontal Tanks for many-a-moon. 5.8% ABV. **r **r

JUST LANDED! BURIAL Until There Is No Longer India Pale Ale—A pair of wandering orbs fixated upon the bloodsky. And behind them dwells a lurking obsession. Wanting to know what lays beyond it. Whirlpooled with Citra and Citra Incognito. Double dry-hopped with hand-selected Citra pellets and with Citra Cryo. A cornucopia of overly ripe Navel and Alphonso mango flesh, orange pixie sticks, and some Mango Mama strain. 7.4% ABV, 60 IBU. **rCo **r **r
