I've been looking at all these recipes for this and recipes for that for the Superbowl. It all looks good but I think I'm leaning toward Memphis Dry Rub Baby Back RIBS !!!! And of course Spicy Mac and Cheese!!!! Dang a bunch of appetizers!!!!

3:35 AM at the Jiggy with the Piggy bbq competition. Lang smoker is running like it's on cruise control. Coconut cake turned in for dessert competition. This is the life.

I loaded 6 racks of spare ribs on "Big Ben" Saturday morning and then had to go to work. My BBB, Best BBQ Babe wife, took over the smoker for the rest of the day!!!!! She cooked the ribs and about 40 pieces of chicken all by her lonesome. Everything was great!!! She's the best wife ever !!! bump
