Looking to beat the heat? Try some G & G smoked meat. It probably won't work, but at least you'll have a tasty treat.

That means G & G will be set up at The Bottle on hwy 24 this Saturday, June 21. Serving will begin at 11 a.m. and we'll go until there ain't no more or until we melt.

We'll have the full menu of brisket and pastrami (sandwich only), along with pulled pork (sandwich or by the pound), bratwurst, and baby back ribs. Don't forget that mustard sauce!

This will be the last G & G hoorah for this fall at The Bottle. We'll be set up this Saturday, October 21 and start serving at 11 a.m. We'll have everything for sale by the sandwich or by the pound–brisket, pastrami, pulled pork, baby back ribs, and bratwurst. If you're heading down south to watch the game, swing on by and grab something to eat. Or, after a Panther victory, swing on by and see if we still have something left. Just look for the smoke. G & G will be set up at The Bottle this Saturday, September 30. Serving will begin at 11 a.m. and we'll go until we run out or give out–whichever comes first. We'll have the usual fare of baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket, pastrami, and bratwurst. Since we don't have a ton of brisket and pastrami on hand, we'll only be selling those by the sandwich and not by the pound. Pulled pork will still be for sale by the pound if you so choose. And don't forget the mustard sauce!

You can either dine in at the air conditioned fellowship hall of Immanuel Lutheran or we’ll be set up so you can “drive thru” to pick up some food and go. Either way we hope to serve food efficiently as we try to help out Roy and Laura Kaye. We hope to have a great turnout tomorrow! See you there!

G & G will be set up at The Bottle this Saturday, June 24. Serving will begin at 11:00 a.m. and go until the meat runs out. Baby back ribs, brisket, pulled pork, bratwurst, and pastrami (by the sandwich only) will all be available until it's not.

G & G Smoked Meats will be set up at The Bottle in Salisbury this Saturday, October 22. Serving will begin at 11 a.m. and we'll be there until the sun goes down or we run out of meat, whichever comes first. This will probably be our only gig for the fall so you don't want to miss out and we'll be ready to pile the meat on!

Here's a quick run down on the menu:
Smoked Bratwurst - $4
Pulled Pork Sandwich - $6
Brisket Sandwich - $8
Pastrami Sandwich - $8
Half Slab Baby Back Ribs - $12
Full Slab Baby Back Ribs - $22

G & G is also happy to sell meat by the pound but unfortunately we have a very limited supply of pastrami and so that will be by the sandwich only.

Brisket by the pound - $14

There’s a rumor going around that G & G Smoked Meats will be setting up at The Bottle this Saturday in Salisbury. Well, it’s true. The menu and prices will be posted in the next day or two. The meat goes on!

Don't forget to pick up your pastrami order this evening between 7-8 pm at THE BOTTLE. I have it all packaged and bagged with your name on it. I'll be sitting under the awning just chilling (sweating) out. There are about 8-9 pounds of pastrami that haven't been spoken for if you decide to get some for a friend. See you tonight!

G & G is having a "pastrami only" sale! It's all smoked and ready to go for your July 4th celebration. We'll have (6) 1 lb. packages, (9) 1.5 lb. packages, (6) 2 lb. packages, and (1) 2.5 lb. package. I'll be sitting at the Bottle in Salisbury underneath the shaded patio from 7-8 pm tomorrow (Thursday) evening wearing a Hawaiian shirt and looking comfortable in my own skin. The sale price is $12/lb. which includes tax.
