What an incredible soft opening! Chicory and The Bakeshop at Chicory want to send a massive thank you to everyone who stepped through our doors. Meeting friendly locals and traveling foodies has been an absolute joy. Your feedback during our test run was invaluable, helping us smooth out the kinks so we can serve you even better.

We are currently closed to put the final, perfect touches on everything.Get ready, Salisbury! We are coming back full-time with our Southern soul Creole full-service lunch menu and our specialty bake to order treats. 🍛🍰

For us, it is a deliberate commitment to inclusivity. It is about being truly community based and inclusive for guests of all ages and backgrounds. We are also honored to support and employ graduates of local recovery programs. At Chicory, our space is dedicated entirely to the art of the meal, the depth of our culture and the connection of our community."

We do support the Salisbury Social District and our wonderful neighbors at the White Rabbit if you would like something beyond our mocktail menu! 🍷While we remain a dry space, we love being part of the vibrant downtown energy. 🤝
