Due to the overwhelming support from our customers and the Salinas community over the past few days, we have officially sold out of many of our food and supplies and are no longer able to offer our full menu.

As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to close one day earlier than planned. Today, Thursday the 9th will be our final dinner service, and we will be serving a limited menu, we apologize for any inconveniences.

We are truly humbled and incredibly grateful for the love and support you’ve shown us, it means more than we can put into words. Thank you for showing up for us in such a big way.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all the memories, the meals, and the support over the years.

After much thought, and with heavy hearts, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors after a planned transition of the restaurant was not completed. Our last day of service will be April 10.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and kindness this community has shown us over the years. It has meant everything to serve you, celebrate your milestones, and be a part of your lives.

If you have a gift card, we encourage you to stop in and use it before our final day—we would truly love the chance to serve you one more time.

To our customers, friends, and neighbors: thank you for making this journey so special. The memories we’ve created together will stay with us forever.

We hope to see you before April 10 to say goodbye and share one last meal. 🇮🇹❤️
