A missing person report has been filed in Salinas for an employee of a locally owned restaurant.

Thank you all who have shared the post on our missing employee, friend and family member Ceci. He is all those things to all of us at ticos and we just want him back home and safe.

We have been in contact with his landlord on a daily basis to see if he shows up back at his studio.

We have made a police report (8/3)
