We’ve been working on these updates little by little, trying to bring you more variety while keeping the dishes you already love.

Our brand-new KOI Roll is made with ebi shrimp, cream cheese & avocado, then topped with spicy tuna, yellowtail, and scallop. We finish it with a light flame sear, a drizzle of our signature eel sauce, and a sprinkle of masago for the perfect bite.
