Saddle Jack's BBQ wants to let you know that Wolf Creek BBQ will be at the Alpaca farm south of Smith Center this Saturday starting at 10:30. If you don't have plans for lunch stop by and see what Harley is cooking up. Also grab some alpaca socks cause winter is just around the corner.

I have some news that I want to share, Saddle Jack's BBQ has went another direction. We have sold the food truck and are just doing some special event catering. Same Great BBQ and Smoked meats just not in the trailer anymore. We decided to let someone else enjoy going and bringing Good BBQ and smoked meats to their folks. The food truck has been moved to the Luray/Osborne area and is being operated by the Palmer's.
They are called "Wolf Creek BBQ", you need to check them out, Great food, Great people.
So with that said, I would like to thank you for all the support and meat you all ate over the years, it has been fun serving the communities in Kansas.

So when you see the Big Red trailer, stop by and say hello to Harley Palmer and her family and grab some food.

**Out of Ribs but plenty of everything else. We will be closing up at 4:30!**

Hey Smith Center folks! Do you smell the Saddlejack's smoke in the air? We're in town and ready to get you some good BBQ. We came to town to serve the employees at the hospital, but we've got plenty left to share with YOU! We'll be parked and set up on Main Street where we used to park. We will be ready to serve at 2:30 until the food runs out! We have only 12 racks of ribs, pulled pork, brisket and some sides left. We don't want to go home with anything! Make sure you don't miss this!
