If you ask a local what to do at Scheme, we think they’ll tell you two things: Eat as much pizza as you can and ask us how our great grandma convinced Abe Lincoln to grow a beard. The former is a given, seeing as our dough is handmade, and our pizzas are always baked to your definition of perfection. The latter, on the other hand, is a story best told at our bar over a cold b**r. No matter why you’re here or what you order, we promise to offer the same mouthwatering dishes and courteous service we’ve become known for since we first opened up shop in ‘81.
