Made this order a while ago. It’s was a red velvet cake with Swiss meringue with a fruit filling. The customer ordered chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered pretzels.

This is the full order. I made mini vegan cupcakes, vegan brownies, chocolate pretzels, vegan cake balls and the vegan cake. Theme was purple and I really enjoyed making this order.

This is a vegan marble cake with a vegan buttercream with blueberries.

This is a Pastel de tres leche for a customer’s boss birthday. It’s a small cake but super cute. The flowers are American buttercream and the base is chantilly cream. I did make muffin size cupcakes. I made them just the way you make a pastel de tres leches.
