Such a great place!
Thankful it's Thursday!
For today, we're still running with our Timberline Wrap special. Thin-sliced turkey & ham, served hot with melted Swiss cheese in a warm, whole wheat tortilla with fresh salad greens, tomato, red onion, avocado & honey mustard dressing
Soup: Santa Fe Chicken 🐓
But boy am I thankful because St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner! 😆 Since we're not open on Mondays, I guess we'll jut have to celebrate all weekend - Oh Darn! ;D
Tomorrow, being Friday, we'll be running our Halibut Street Tacos, as is our new Friday tradition. But Sat & Sun is gonna be our Corned Beef & Cabbage plate w/ our house-made Irish Soda bread & dill butter. And yes, since time is relative, we'll be kicking that off right when we open at 8:30am! 🍀💕
We'll also have our Irish Potato Soup (which might start tomorrow, depending on how much we soup we go thru today), our Irish Boilermaker Brownies (triple layer brownies to die for!), & Matcha Green Tea Cheesecake bars w/ a Blueberry swirl. 🌱🫖🫐
If you're wondering why no pics as of yet, well, I don't want to trick anyone into thinking those items are on today (ok, the brownies will be portioned out here pretty soon, after I get done with this dang post). So this is just an advance notice sort of deal. But as the image says, let's focus on supporting local, keeping our small businesses alive & thriving & making our shopping & dining experiences one-of-a-kind! 😄 Feel free to share your favorite mom-&-pop shop or small biz market in the comments.
