Meet Dohnele Parker, our Chef de Cuisine.

Dohnele's passion for cooking began in Michigan, baking alongside her grandmother. Her journey since has taken her through kitchens in Alaska, Utah, and Oregon, including time as Culinary Lead at Soter Vineyards, where she paired farm-to-table dining with w**e pairing excellence.

With over two decades of experience, Dohnele brings a deep commitment to locally sourced ingredients, thoughtful menu development, and food that nurtures both family and community. We're proud to have her expertise shaping what's ahead at Clink!.
