Hit the jackpot this week because we were able to buy every single produce item we needed for the upcoming menu at Peters' Farm in Salem, NH! We love being able to source local ingredients!

🌱 KEEPING IT LOCAL WHENEVER WE CAN. 🌱

One of the things that has become more and more evident to us this year is that focusing on local producers is the vibe we want to be associated with!

That doesn’t mean every single ingredient we use is going to be local (realistically, that just isn’t possible year-round in New England). But when we have the choice, we will choose local.

That means sourcing produce, meats, and other proteins from local farms and producers whenever we can, especially when they’re in season and available.

The harsh reality is that locally sourced ingredients do unfortunately come with an increased price tag, so our menu pricing will regrettably reflect these changes. Accessibility to good food has always been, and will always be a priority to us, and with that in mind will do our best to provide a high quality product that is safe to eat and obtainable.

Every dollar spent locally helps support the people who are growing, raising, and producing food right here in our community. And honestly? There’s something pretty special about knowing that the ingredients going into your dinner came from a farm down the road rather than across the country. 🥕🥩🌽

It won’t be 100% local, but it will be as local as possible.
And the goal is simple: feed our community while supporting the farmers who feed ours!

XOXO

Thursday already?! How did that happen?!

Today is the last day to order from this week's menu, orders close at 11:45pm!

My favorite item on this week's menu came HIGHLY requested!

Braised Beef with Crunchy Corn Slaw! Tender beef braised in a savory gravy and the freshest corn, cabbage and pepper slaw, straight from the farm stand to your table (with a little pit stop to my kitchen on the way!)

Check out some of the customer feedback from the last time it was on the menu! 👀😂

One of the most fulfilling parts of owning a small business is learning how to trust yourself to fail. For years I told myself "I'll take the leap when I feel confident enough to do it".... but in hindsight, what a silly thought! Confidence comes from doing, not daydreaming.

If you aren't willing to fail, then you aren't willing to succeed either.

I double-dog dare you to go out and fail at something new today, who knows, you might just come up with the perfect solution to your problem in the process.
