Spar Vodka and Spar Lemon Vodka have been McMenamins favorites for years, but did you know the name goes back to the water?

The water we use to distill these spirits comes from the aqueduct running through the basement of our Spar Café in Olympia!

Yep. An aqueduct. In the basement.

And that’s how Spar Vodka got its name, from Spar Cafe! We love a good weird McMenamins detail.

Oktoberfest Specials are happening NOW through October 3rd! 🍻

We’ve got German-style food and drink specials, including Currywurst & Fries, Little Bavaria Chicken Sandwich, Black Forest Bundt Cake (it's very delicious, trust us on this), Deer & a B**r, and Wunderpop Dirty Soda.

It's an excellent excuse to eat sausages, drink b**r, and call it Oktoberfest.
