Spring hasn’t quite sprung yet, but we’re getting close. Until then, we’re leaning into the kind of dishes we never get tired of. Here’s our steak tartare with capers, cornichon, and radishes.
Aaron has a rule he can’t seem to break - if steak tartare is on the menu, he’s ordering it. Every time. He hasn’t technically dined at Settler 😉 but this is one of his frequent behind the scenes bites when he’s in the kitchen with Chef Bailey.
