Spring hasn’t quite sprung yet, but we’re getting close. Until then, we’re leaning into the kind of dishes we never get tired of. Here’s our steak tartare with capers, cornichon, and radishes.

Aaron has a rule he can’t seem to break - if steak tartare is on the menu, he’s ordering it. Every time. He hasn’t technically dined at Settler 😉 but this is one of his frequent behind the scenes bites when he’s in the kitchen with Chef Bailey.

Limniona & Friends 🍷

On April 1st, we’re hosting a special wine dinner with Christos Zafeirakis of Domaine Zafeirakis. Located in Tyrnavos, Greece, the Zafeirakis estate is known for reviving Limniona, a rare indigenous grape producing elegant, aromatic red wines with insane freshness.

For the evening, Chef Aaron will prepare a multi-course feast paired with a progression of wines from the estate, including Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Chardonnay, and several expressions of Limniona.

Christos and Chef will guide the evening together, sharing stories about the wines, vineyards, and dishes along the way.

This is a one-night event with a single seating only. Tickets to reserve your seat are available via Resy!

Saturdays in October are all about exploring the rich history of Salem - the Witch Museum, House of Seven Gables, wandering the Common. But when mid-afternoon hits and you have an hour before your walking tour, you might be feeling a little peckish and a lot of wine thirsty.
