Wow! Chef Drew and his team smashed out a home run again!

Cold smoked Steelhead eggs Benedict served with Avocado, red onion and crispy capers. This is the second one I have eaten today.

Ok guys, our cooks really had fun with the weekly specials today.

We have "something healthy" green leaf lettuce with a double patty grilled cheese burger and your choice of a side.

And a pork chop lunch with southern style corn, creamy Mac and cheese, garlic fries and apple sauce.

These specials will be here all week.

So my wife's side of the family is from Hawaii and Spam is a lifestyle over there. So this weekend we are offering a Spam eggs Benedict. Grilled Spam on a croissant with pineapple and eggs. Topped with hollandaise sauce.

Our weekend omelet special is a salmon omelet topped with a roasted pepper sauce served with your choice of potatoes and toast.

All Natural chicken breast beer battered and fried crisp. Tossed in a HOT BBQ sauce. Served on a toasted potato bun topped with bread and butter pickles and homemade coleslaw. With your choice of a side.

Help us decide if it should be a new menu item.

Ok. So Chef Drew and his crew hit me with this for breakfast today. Our Fresh ground Brisket burger topped with a roasted Poblano pepper from Pablo Munoz Farms, pepper jack cheese, Arugula, tomatoes and red onions. Just enough heat to wake you up. We will be serving this through Sunday. Freaking awesome!!

The Taco Burger is everything you need in life. Taco chips, homemade nacho cheese sauce lettuce and diced tomatoes all a top our fresh never frozen brisket burger. Just looking at this made me fatter.
